Wingki, the followings are some suggestions. Hope they help. Good luck with the interview.

  1. What is your long-range objective? Where do you want to be 10 or 15 years from now?
Although it’s certainly difficult to predict things far into the future, I know what direction I want to develop toward. Within five years, I would like to be in a senior position and have the opportunity to take a more active role in some important and challenging projects. Hopefully, I will be able to build up a strong team and demostrate my leadership.  And in doing so, I feel I will be fully prepared to take on any greater responsibilities that might be presented in the long term.

1) I am a team player. I enjoy working with others as a team. And I am pretty good at expressing my thoughts, as well as listening to others’ problems and ideas.

2) I am not afraid of challenges, which I see are the perfect opportunities to demonstrate my ability and to improve myself. The greater the challenge, the stronger is my desire to work harder to overcome it. I think that it is an important quality of a true leader whom the team members can look up to and consider inspiring.

1) I would say my greatest weakness has been my lack of patience. By which I mean that I can become a bit impatient with people who are lazy, or those who are reluctant to commit themselves to their work, and those who refuse to take on a bigger responsibilities. I was always on the verge of losing my temper in the past. But I have recognised that the best way to deal with those people is, first, to remind myself not to lose my cool, and try my best to understand them and to inspire them to be more hardworking and be more devoted to their works. It’s no easy job but I am improving in my skills of transforming my “destructive” energy into something more productive.

2) I can be quite forgetful sometimes. I mean I’m not particularly good at remembering details. But I have always been finding ways to help myself, for example, I will jot down whatever are important on memos and post them on notable places. And I always have my schedule handy so that i can refer to it from time to time because I hate to miss any appointment or be late for any meetings.
